SHIPPING POLICY
For deliveries in the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia) we offer delivery using Venipak courier services. For deliveries within the EU and to countries outside the EU we offer delivery using UPS first priority courier services, DPD or Itella.
Track your shipment
To track your shipment you will receive an email after your order has been shipped with a tracking number and a link to follow.
Dispatch and Shipping time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days.
Estimated delivery times vary from 2 to 10 working days depending on the destination of the order.
The delivery dates are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
For the customers outside the EU
The price you see for the product is the final price you have to pay.
Please note that the import duty or tax costs are not included in this final price and will be invoiced to you directly from the delivery service or an import broker appointed by you.
We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.

Returns
