Under Latvian Consumer Law (Articles section 5), sellers must deliver goods that conform to the contract and are free from defects.
The legal conformity guarantee is free and lasts 2 years from the date of possession.
If a product does not match the description or expected quality, report it to us via email (vaskala@vaskala.com) or mail. If a defect is confirmed, we will either repair or exchange the item.
Return shipping costs will be refunded upon proof of payment.
The legal warranty applies independently of any additional commercial warranty.
